For breakfast, I like to eat bananas, and even more I love to drink them!Mix with yogurt,adding a couple of spoons of honey.Such a delicious drink that automatically improves the mood.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 100 ml.of cold water
- 300 ml.yogurt(without fruit additives)
- A pinch of fennel
- Place the bananas,honey(if you want to drink with honey)and yogurt in a blender.Mix all,add water and mix again.Pour into a glass, you can sprinkle with fennel on top.Garnish with a mint leaf,put a couple of slices of banana.
- Fennel tastes like anise, it improves digestion,so it can be chewed after meals,and at the same time you refresh the mouth.As a rule,I use fennel for desserts,drinks, even put into the jam.Bananas make yoghurt drink thick,textural and give it a natural gentle fruity taste.They are in the shop all year round and you can cook this yummy anytime of the year.In general,there is a great variety of options for preparing such drinks!Instead of bananas you can use any fruit or berries.Now strawberry is used wonderfully!Only with it the drink is less sweet,so I put 3 spoons of honey.The guests are satisfied with this drink!
